Funds deposited into your account balance are non-refundable. Once a deposit is made, you cannot request a refund — even if no orders have been placed.

If an order has not started within 48 hours, you may request cancellation. Once processing begins, the order becomes non-cancellable.

9️⃣ Limitation of Liability:

We are not responsible for any harm caused to your accounts due to misuse, API abuse, or violations of third-party platforms’ terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity — without prior notice.

لسنا مسؤولين عن أي ضرر قد يلحق بحساباتك نتيجة سوء الاستخدام أو استغلال واجهة API أو مخالفة شروط الأطراف الخارجية.

10 - إيقاف الحسابات:

نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إيقاف أي حساب ينتهك هذه الشروط، أو يستخدم الموقع بشكل غير قانوني، أو يشتبه في نشاطه، دون إشعار مسبق.
